  Weekly cycling-specific group training sessions on Davis Island. Ride starts at the airport at 5:30pm. Some sessions are followed by motor pacing (a paid service) http://www.floridacyclingcoach.com/Coaching/MotorPacing.aspx.  An Endurofit coach or athlete will lead the sessions to help you improve your bike fitness and skills.
