Marin Camp 2012

The 6th annual Aeolus Endurance Sport Marin Camp runs from March 27-31st, 2012 in Mill Valley, California.  The camp is lodged and fed at the amazing Ralston White Retreat and the menus are custom made to suit the riders' individual needs and to match the work we will be doing.  While the emphasis is on racing technique, recreational riders find the camp to be highly beneficial.  We teach riders of all levels how to prepare for events, how to eat, sleep, and dress properly, as well as how to get the most out of themselves both mentally and physically.

Each day begins with a morning discussion on a topic relevant to training and racing and includes a coach-rider ratio of no more than 1-7.  Also, the camp has full SAG and mechanical support provided by SRAM NRS throughout the week.

Once again, the camp will feature Jeb Stewart as the primary presenter.  Jeb is the man behind Endurofit - an accomplished cycling coach and Strength and Conditioning specialist.  He adds an excellent dimension to camp his ability to constructively lead discussions is first class.  The camp will also feature daily yoga and available massage by Autumn Peterson and Elliott Williams.

Long-time Marin Camp supporter Cyfac Bicycles will be supplying demo bikes, and Quarq Technology will be on hand with demo power meter units for everyone to try (and purchase at a special camp rate if they choose) while Easton and Corsa Concepts will provide demonstration wheels for the week.  New supporter Strava will provide timing support.

The itinerary is posted below.

The camp price of $2299 includes all lodging and amazing customized meals at the Ralston White Retreat as well as full tuition and your first massage.  It also includes full mechanical support during and after our training days as well as full on-road vehicle support.  All of the rides take place in beautiful Marin County, California.
