Strength & Conditioning Classes

Looking for a properly designed strength class to improve your performmance on the bike, run or swim and get you in the best shape of your life? Then check out our weekly group strength and conditioning circuit training classes.

Classes are designed specifically to improve performance, prevent injury and improve body composition for endurance athletes and fitness enthusiasts alike. Each class includes:

  • Cardio warm-up, foam rolling and dynamic flexibility
  • Plyometrics, strength and stability training
  • Core focused, functional strength training circuit
  • Cool down and static stretching
  • Great music, social atmosphere
  • Motivation, guidance and support
  • Initial and monthly body composition and fitness testing to track progress

  • Mon and Wed every week at 6:30am
  • Cooper Speed and Strength School
  • 4895 West Waters Avenue, Suite E, Tampa, FL
  • In north east corner of complex. Look for Cooper signs.
