What you will do:

  • Sprinting and short intervals
  • Time trialing and long intervals
  • Form and technique drills
  • Race finish scenarios

What you receive & gain:

  • Professional group coaching & instruction
  • Improve your sprinting, time trialing, tactics, skills and strategies
  • Raise your lactate threshold, Vo2 max and anaerobic capacity
  • Become a better rider and racer

  • $20/session or $190 for 12 session package
