Laboratory Lactate Threshold & Vo2 Max Testing  

Physiologic testing in the lab is the best way to determine your strengths and limiters relevant to racing on the road, in triathlon or for running. You will find out where you rank in your sport, what you need to work on to improve, what your strengths are and what you ideal pace, power and HR zones are. Testing takes about 90 min and will be performed in a safe atmosphere under the guidance and encouragement of a coach and exercise physiologist. Tests are performaed in the lab at Prime Physical Therapy. Shower facilities are available.

Field Testing

This is a great way to determine your strengths and limiters relevant to racing on the road. You will find out where you rank amongst other categorized cyclists, what you need to improve, what your strengths are and your ideal pace, power and HR zones.

Testing takes about 1 hour and can be performed in the setting of your choosing. You simply perform a specific testing protocol on your own bike on the road and send me the information. I interpret the test results and provide you with your training zones, power profile and training suggestions. It's as easy as that.
