Training Plans


If you are looking for a goals specific plan to help you tune-up your fitness for a specific event, discipline or fitness goal, then one of my pre-built plans may be the right fit for you. These plans are designed to get improve a specific element of your fitness or prepare you for your event efficiently and effectively on a budget. They provide everything you need to get there on your own.

These plans are hosted on Training Peaks. You will receive daily e-mails of your workouts and you will be able to use all of the features of Training Peaks along with your plan, including the diary, metric tracking and file uploading to track your training and monitor your fitness. Choose from 4, 8, 12 or 16 week plans.

These are a great way to help you focus your training and benefit from working with a coach on a budget. These 3 months plans are built to order, specific to your personal goals. Plans can be written for HR, perceived effort or power depending on how you train.

What you receive:

  • Start-up packet and race/event worksheet
  • Initial consult to review your packet & goals
  • Custom training plan for HR, Power or RPE
  • Detailed training plan delivered in Training Peaks
  • Workouts e-mailed daily
  • Initial testing to determine training zones available at additional cost

$300 for 12 Week Plan (1 time $50 start-up fee)
